Will existing warranties be honored?
Yes, existing 2-year warranties remain in effect, repair or replacement will be handled by the new ownership.
When will _________ be available?
Our plan is to start with the most popular cables and fill out the linecard as we ramp up. We don't have all of the answers today, there is a wide breadth of SKUs and variants upon these SKUs. As we get a handle on inventory and QA availability will increase.
Will you be offering 75ohm Mini-Coax and Fortraflex?
Yes, both cable types will continue to be offered.
How do I get details on an order with the old Retro Access?
The previous owner has the necessary materials and has committed to fullfilling remaining open orders over the coming weeks. We can help facilitate communication with the previous owner if there are questions. We will be opening our contact channels in the near future.
Will quality remain the same?
Our expectation is world-class quality. The new team has extensive experience in global manufacturing, new construction structured wiring and commercial AV, where defect-free results is the expectation.
